Participating in the "Challenge Zero" initiative for the realization of a decarbonized society
Sanyo Special Steel Co., Ltd. (the "Sanyo") has participated in "Challenge Zero" led by the Japan Business Federation (the "Keidanren").
“Challenge Zero” is an initiative by Keidanren, in collaboration with the Japanese government, aiming to proactively publicize and support actions to create innovation taken by companies and organizations towards a "decarbonized society" which the Paris Agreement (the international framework on climate change) sets as the long-term goal.
In view of the purpose of "Challenge Zero," Sanyo will continue to promote the creation of innovations that contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the realization of a carbon-free society through our business activities.
